The floor blocks are made of cast I place R.C.C.
into functional core and supported elastically through inclined columns situated
along the perimeter. It has been constructed using an ‘Automated Climbing System’.
Even though the design is extensively innovative, the time taken for
construction considerably reduced. Gusts of wind at the site delayed concrete work and erection of steel skeleton by 150 days.

The entire structure
has availed an advanced concurrent design, the engineering has availed an
extremely efficient technique of construction which has led to an inspirational
phenomenon of the 21st century.
